Welcome to the largest and most successful Paulaner Bräuhaus in the world, open since 1997. We are Shanghai´s main Paulaner brewery, supplying two Paulaner branch restaurants and several other local restaurants with their freshly brewed draft beer.

Come and enjoy a wide range of original Bavarian specialties prepared by our German chef along with your favourite Paulaner beer, centrally located in Shanghai’s historical “French Quarter.” We are in a unique historical building with modern touches, which in colonial times was a small theatre.

The Paulaner Bräuhaus in Shanghai is owned and operated by the Taiwanese Namchow Group.
